Weekly therapy sessions
You'll have the same therapist throughout your journey. Your personal therapy sessions (via chat, video or phone) will be held at a time and place that suits you. If you need extra care, our treatment plans have the option of urgent care sessions and daily text exchanges with your therapist for readily-accessible support.
